Shots from around and about the country. Star bird and a first for me, was the 1w Brown Shrike at Staines Moor, Surrey. While always distant, it gave great views through the scope and once came to within 55m which allowed me to get some record shots.

Shots taken throughout the month of September at various locations. A good start to the month with a Manx Shearwater found at Draycote Water - a good inland record. A day trip to Norfolk yeilded some good birds - Ortolan Bunting - but few photo opportunities
